| All Belgravia showers are custom manufactured to our rigid standards to ensure they will be a valuable addition to anyone’s home. All materials used in Belgravia products
are of the highest quality and take advantage of the following features: |
| • | Constructed using 3.5-5mm high quality acrylic sheets that have been reinforced using fiberglass. |  |
| • | Materials used are fade-proof featuring a high brightness finish, excellent durability, and an easy clean and scratch resistant surface. |
| • | Each product is finished using quality metal fixtures. For example, copper has been used for the faucet and water inlet valves instead of plastic. |
| • | All aluminium parts are 1.2-2mm thick to ensure strength, quality and durability. |
| • | All products have been certified under the ISO 9001 system of quality assurance, have CE certificates and ETL SEMKO certificates for electrical safety. |
| • | Cutting edge - More than 80 patents have been issued to our manufacturer. |

| Each product is fully tested for half an hour following assembly to meet our high quality standards. Products are tested to check: |
| • | the pipes can withstand a water pressure of more than 8kgf/cm2, |
| • | the unit is free from water or steam leakage, |
| • | the unit has been assembled to our high standards, |
| • | that each feature of the product is fully functional. |

| Safety is an important concern when considering hot water, steam and electrical components. Our steam enclosures feature an RCD (Residual Current Device) to ensure user safety. The steam room will cease operation
if the RCD detects for example a short circuit, no water supply or other functional problem. Furthermore, during operation the RCD will cease operation of the unit if overheating is detected. |
| Each of our products boasts a thermostatic valve to regulate water temperature and make
the unit a safer place for young children. |

| All Belgravia products come with a one year parts warranty. We carry all essential parts in our warehouse in the West Midlands and will deliver all standard parts within 5 working days. |
